Our Services
We provide website design, development, branding, and related digital services exclusively for dental practices.
What’s included in your specific project will be clearly outlined in a proposal or agreement before any work begins. No surprises.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Getting Started
Proposals & Agreements
Before we start any project, you’ll receive a clear proposal that includes:
- Exactly what we’ll deliver (scope of work)
- Timeline and milestones
- Pricing and payment schedule
- What we need from you
- Number of revision rounds included
Work only begins after you approve the proposal and pay the required deposit.
Communication
We communicate primarily through email and scheduled video calls. Quick responses from both sides keep projects moving smoothly and on schedule.
Pricing & Payment
Project Investment
Our projects typically range from $1,000 to $15,000+ USD, depending on scope and complexity. You’ll know exactly what your project costs before we start.
Deposit
We require a 30% to 50% deposit before work begins. The exact percentage depends on project size and will be specified in your proposal.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final files or website access is handed over.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept:
- Bank Transfer
- Credit Card
- PayPal
All payments are in USD (United States Dollars).
Payment Terms
- Deposits are due before work begins
- Final payment is due upon project completion
- All invoices should be paid within the timeframe specified
Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel mid-project, you’ll be billed for work completed up to that point.
We’re reasonable people. If something unexpected happens, let’s talk about it.
Your Responsibilities
Great websites are a team effort. To deliver our best work, we need your cooperation.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your practice
- Supply requested materials (photos, logos, content, etc.) on time
- Give clear and timely feedback during review phases
- Ensure you have legal rights to any materials you provide us
- Pay invoices according to agreed terms
- Be available for scheduled calls and check-ins
Important: Delays caused by missing materials or slow feedback may push back your launch date. We’ll always communicate clearly if this happens.
Project Timeline
Most projects are completed within 4-8 weeks. Your specific timeline will be outlined in your proposal.
We do our best to hit every deadline. However, final delivery depends on:
- Receiving your feedback on time
- Getting requested materials when needed
- Scope staying as originally agreed
We’re not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control—but we’ll always keep you informed.
Revisions & Changes
Included Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds (specified in your proposal). We work collaboratively to get things exactly right.
Scope Changes
Want to add new features, pages, or functionality mid-project? No problem. We’ll provide an updated quote with new pricing and timeline before proceeding.
We’ll never surprise you with extra charges.
Intellectual Property
What You Own
Once final payment is received, you own:
- The custom website design we create for you
- Custom graphics and visual elements made specifically for your project
- Website code developed for your project
- Custom content written for your site
What You Don’t Own
You don’t own:
- Our internal processes, methods, or frameworks
- Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) unless separately licensed to you
- Work from other client projects
- Anything not specifically included in your project scope
What We Keep
We reserve the right to:
- Display your project in our portfolio
- Use your project in marketing materials and case studies
- Reference our work with you publicly
If you need confidentiality, let us know in writing before we begin—we’re happy to accommodate.
Your Materials
Any content, images, logos, or materials you provide remain yours. You’re responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use them.
Website Hosting & Maintenance
Unless otherwise agreed in your proposal, you’re responsible for:
- Website hosting costs after launch
- Ongoing maintenance and updates
- Domain registration and renewal
- Security and backups
We can recommend trusted hosting providers and help with setup. If you want ongoing maintenance from us, we’ll create a separate agreement for that.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and business information.
We will:
- Keep your business details confidential
- Not share sensitive practice or patient information
- Protect any proprietary information you share with us
We expect the same from you. Please don’t share our proposals, pricing, processes, or internal methods publicly.
Limitation Of Liability
We work hard to deliver excellent results. But let’s be real—we can’t guarantee specific business outcomes.
We cannot promise:
- Specific patient numbers or revenue increases
- Exact search engine rankings
- Specific conversion rates
- Results from factors outside our control
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the project
- We’re not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We’re not liable for losses caused by third-party services, hosting issues, or circumstances beyond our control
Warranties & Disclaimers
We stand behind our work. But we provide services “as is” without guarantees about:
- Specific search engine rankings or SEO results
- Exact conversion rates or patient bookings
- Perfect compatibility with every device or browser ever made
- Uninterrupted website performance (that depends on your hosting)
We’ll deliver quality work. What happens after depends on many factors—some outside our control.
Termination
You Can Cancel
You may cancel a project anytime by notifying us in writing (email is fine).
If you cancel:
- Work completed to that point will be billed
- Deposits are non-refundable
- We’ll provide any completed deliverables (if paid for)
We Can Cancel
We reserve the right to terminate a project if:
- Payment isn’t received after reasonable attempts to collect
- You become unresponsive for 30 or more days
- The working relationship becomes unworkable
If we terminate, you’ll be billed for work completed. We’ll try to resolve issues before it gets to this point.
After Termination
Upon termination:
- Paid work will be delivered to you
- Unpaid and incomplete work remains our property
- Both parties are released from further obligations
Dispute Resolution
If we ever disagree about something, let’s talk it out first. Most problems can be solved with an honest conversation.
If we can’t resolve things informally:
- We’ll attempt mediation before any legal action
- Any legal proceedings will take place in Georgia, United States
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United States
Let’s hope it never comes to that. We’re reasonable people.
General Terms
Entire Agreement
These terms, along with your signed proposal or project agreement, form the complete agreement between us. They replace any previous discussions or understandings.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable by a court, the rest still applies.
Assignment
You can’t transfer this agreement to someone else without our written permission. We can’t either without yours.
No Waiver
If we don’t enforce a right or provision in these terms, it doesn’t mean we’ve waived it.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. When we do:
- We’ll update the “Last Updated” date
- Continued use of our services means you accept the new terms
- For existing clients with signed agreements, original terms apply unless we both agree to updates
